Kula for Karma

Kula for Karma Save The Date Graphic

Mental Health Awareness Month is just around the corner, and Kula for Karma will hold our 2nd annual Make Mental Health a Human Right event at the Nyack Center on May 2.

We are thrilled to honor Broadway's (and Nyacks!) Rita Harvey for her commitment to mindfulness and mental health in her life and career.

Our theme is "Facing our Fear, Finding our Voice."

It will be an essential opportunity for our community to come together in solidarity and support of our friends, family, schoolmates and colleagues whose rights and care are being denied and threatened.

It will also be filled with music, food, friends and a motivational address from Rita.

Please mark your calendar, invite your friends, and plan to be there on May 2 for "Facing our Fear, Finding our Voice" to raise money for Kula's mindfulness-based mental health programs for underserved and marginalized people facing trauma, addiction and mental health conditions.

Keep your eye out for more details and the ticket purchase link to come!

With gratitude and hope,

Jenni Crumpton Ross, Penni Feiner, and Tovah Robinson
